1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the Plassio platform and all related services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Plassio provides an AI-powered sales assistant for online shops. The service includes a chat widget, the Merchant Control Layer and an analytics dashboard.

3. Payment

Payment is based on a monthly base fee plus revenue share on sales demonstrably generated through Plassio conversations. Exact terms are agreed individually in the early access program.

4. Liability

Plassio is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or damages from AI-generated recommendations. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

5. Governing Law

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Munich, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms. Changes will be communicated to users by email at least six weeks before they take effect. If the user does not object to the changes within this period, the changes are deemed accepted.

9. Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, the valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision shall be deemed agreed.
